The Balanced Leader Development Program (BLDP)

This development program is for senior leaders who want that additional edge in business. It delves into the self as leader, and with state-of-the-art assessment tools like the Harrison Assessment, gives the leader a penetrating look into his leadership traits, establishing areas of imbalance.
