Shipping and Delivery

Orders

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Delivery estimates

If you have selected Registered Mail as your shipping option, we rely on third party courier services to deliver your order. A tracking number should be provided to you, and you can track your order on the courier's website. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Free Shipping Eligibility

Free shipping is available for orders for address in Singapore. On checkout, you will be able to select the Local Non-Registered Mail option, which is free of charge. However, no tracking number or delivery estimate will be provided. If you would like to use a courier service with tracking, please select the Registered Mail option, which will incur a fee.

Shipping Methods

We use Singapore Post to deliver most book orders as it is the most economical way to deliver small quantities globally. Note that the shipping cost is on a per book basis.

If you have a large order, other shippers e.g. FedEx, DHL, etc may be more economical. The shipper for your specific order is up to our discretion, and we will source and choose the most suitable and reliable shipper based on your location and the size of your order. Undelivered packages

If we are unable to deliver your package, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for a re-delivery. If you do not respond to our attempts to contact you, we will refund your order, minus the shipping fee.

Change of shipping address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at contact@alldigitalfuture.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address if your order has already been dispatched.
